RANGE: From Europe to China.
HABITAT:Large , shallow, inland waters with lush vegetation offering a plentiful food supply.
GENERAL INFO:It is easy to breed them . They are winter-hardy but sometimes they have problems with the other ducks so it is better to breed them separately.
DESCRIPTION:The males are larger than females. Also they have ticker necks.
AVAIRY POSITION:Well planted 50m2 avairy with a pond.
FEEDING: Corn, wheat, oats, rye, millet, milo , stale bread, potatoe, greens and pellet feeds.
BREEDING AGE: 3rd or 4th year.
BREEDING SEASON: March- May.
NUMBER OF EGGS IN A YEAR: 5-9 eggs.
INCUBATION PERIOD: 35-37 days.
