HABITAT:Mountains and forests.
HISTORY: Linne 1758.
DISCRIPTION: It is one of the true pheasants. Caucasian Pheasant was living in Turkey for centruies so we have to protect this bird and be careful about the hybrids of the other true pheasants.
AVAIRY POSITION:Well planted 9 m2 avairy.
FEEDING: Pellets, seeds, green food, live food.
BREEDING AGE: First year.
BREEDING SEASON: Mid March.
NUMBER OF EGGS IN A YEAR: 50-70 eggs.
INCUBATION PERIOD: 24 days.
